About
Behind the Commentary
I was raised in the small towns of the Appalachian Mountains of North Carolina and the western slope of the Colorado Rockies. I spent nearly two decades working in Hollywood as an actor, writer, and producer, where I became a Hollywood liberal. Then 9/11 happened, and everything changed. A deep study of history, facts, and the Constitution led me back to my roots and the enduring principles of American conservatism. That three-decade political journey continues to shape everything I write, discuss, and advocate today.
I believe in the sovereignty of the American citizen over local, state, and federal authority; in gratitude and passion within a genuinely free market; in faith, family, the Constitution, and a strong national defense; and in the ongoing necessity of deconstructing anything that seeks to deconstruct the miracle of what America is. I reject fake news, globalism, cultural Marxism, classism, technocratic overreach, and the radical progressive left—not traditional, old-fashioned Democrats—because free people cannot defend what they are not permitted to see clearly.
Today, I am the #1 Amazon bestselling author of 13½ Reasons Why NOT to Be a Liberal: And How to Enlighten Others, published by Humanix Books, a weekly Newsmax Insider columnist, and the former host of Unapologetic with Judd Dunning on KABC AM790 in Los Angeles. My commentary appears across national television, radio, print, and digital media, where I provide analysis grounded in rational facts, Judeo-Christian values, and constitutional principles.
My work champions free speech, American exceptionalism, and independent thinking through history, facts, reason, and the Constitution. Blending wit, humor, and actionable information, I challenge cultural Marxist ideology, globalism, fake news, and elite corruption because I believe intelligent debate—not simply winning arguments—is one of America's greatest traditions and most powerful tools of freedom.
I have been happily married for over twenty years and am the father of two, splitting my time between Dallas–Fort Worth and Los Angeles. I am an avid surfer, a passionate supporter of the arts, and an award-winning commercial real estate executive with more than $2 billion in transactions and ownership of a $125 million industrial portfolio backing American businesses and American Main Street.

My Mission
“Knowledge will forever govern ignorance; and a people who mean to be their own governors must arm themselves with the power which knowledge gives.”
James Madison
My mission is to expose and dismantle corruption and anything that seeks to undermine the miracle of America.
To achieve that mission, I educate our people, expose the truth, confront the darkness, and keep America's enemies in the open, where they can be recognized and defeated through facts, reason, liberty, self-government, faith, and one another.
